Is there a possible connection between the concept of deprivation and that of privacy?
Withdrawing from the public sphere can involve a variety of consequences: is it a salvific avoidance or an abuse of power? The term private contemplates both domains, ranging from tangible realities to sensitive data. How is it possible to define what is public or private? What does it mean to be deprived? Based on these considerations, the 2024 edition investigates individual and collective, virtual and real spaces through photography. Contexts where the personal and the public sphere blur in an osmotic and, sometimes, conflictual relationship.
